Questions
Asked and answered
If something is not here, ask the counter.
Is this app the pass?
No. The pass is what you buy at the counter, with its receipt. The app is your own log of it; the counter’s record is the one that counts.
How long is a pass valid?
The app counts a year from its first day, the minimum Colombian rules set for prepaid vouchers. If your receipt gives another date, enter it in the pass.
Which days can I use it?
The days agreed with the counter: Monday to Friday, Monday to Saturday or every day, with or without public holidays. The calendar shows them, and the app tells you when today is not one of them.
Can several people share a pass?
In the app, up to four people can share one pass, one meal each a day. Ask the counter whether your pass can be shared.
What if I lose my pass?
Send a lost-pass request at once and keep your receipt. The counter tells you how the meals left are handled.
Can I get my money back?
Ask the counter about its refund terms before you pay. If the counter does not serve the meals you paid for, a term that lets it keep that money has no effect.
Does the app take payments?
No. It has no internet access and never takes payments. You pay at the counter and get your receipt there.
Where is my information kept?
Only on your phone, until you delete it. There is no account and no copy anywhere else unless you send a request.
Plan your pass in two minutes
Choose the pack, the plate, the days and who eats with it. The planner writes the request; you send it on WhatsApp or by email and Central Food Co confirms the price and the days.
